Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business operations including production planning, sales strategy, supply chain, or dealership operations (based on specific role need).
Drive profitability, market share, and quality excellence across functional areas.
Formulate and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, finance, and after-sales teams.
Implement Maruti-grade processes, systems, and quality frameworks to enhance efficiency.
Lead large teams, mentor senior management, and build future leadership pipelines.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Ensure compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
10+ years of experience in a similar role at Maruti Suzuki
