The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising with established networks across HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and institutional capital providers. The role requires deep industry understanding, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of raising capital and managing high-value investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising & Capital Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive capital-raising strategy for ongoing and future investment opportunities.
Source, engage, and negotiate investments with HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and other strategic capital partners.
Build and maintain long-term investor relationships, positioning the organization as a preferred investment partner.
Lead and drive marketing and outreach for all investment products.
2. Investor Relations & Market Positioning
Create and deliver impactful investor presentations, proposals, and communication materials.
Clearly articulate financial performance, investment strategy, and long-term vision to current and prospective investors.
Represent the organization at investment summits, private networking events, conferences, and family office forums to attract capital.
Ensure compliance with investment regulations and oversee financial reporting requirements.
Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and leadership teams to finalize investment agreements, structures, and term sheets.
Education & Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Finance and/or Marketing, or professional qualifications such as CFA / CA.
Additional certifications related to securities or investment advisory are preferred.
