Core Responsibilities
Design Tailored Engagement Initiatives
Develop and launch fun and inclusive programs--like themed team challenges, milestone celebrations, knowledge-sharing "Fun Fridays," or wellness breaks--that align with mutual fund practices and regulatory constraints. These initiatives aim to energize staff, reduce stress, and reinforce a sense of belonging.The Conversation
Embed Fun into Culture & Onboarding
Collaborate with HR, compliance, and department heads to weave engaging elements into training sessions, divisional onboarding, and cross-functional meetings, ensuring regulatory responsibilities remain intact while still promoting an enriching work culture.
Coordinate Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with finance teams, compliance, fund managers, and operations to strike a balance between delivering fun-driven events and maintaining productivity, industry norms, and governance standards.Gather and analyze feedback, participation metrics, and qualitative insights from events. Use this data to fine-tune programming and ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness in a performance-focused setting.Design activities that cater to varied personalities and cultural backgrounds--such as casual quiz sessions after market hours, light-hearted themed dress days, or interactive fund-themed showcases--to maximize participation and enjoyment.The ConversationHR KathaQualifications & Skills
