Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the finance department in alignment with company objectives, ensuring a robust financial strategy that supports company's' growth plans.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost optimization.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Investment and Funding: Lead fundraising efforts, investment analysis, and managing financial assets to drive company growth.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, maintaining high standards of internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring their continuous professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making processes.
  • Taxation: Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and financial strategy.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
