Managing cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability

Overseeing investment decisions and capital allocation

Securing financing and managing relationships with banks and investors

Risk Management & Compliance

Identifying and mitigating financial risks

Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies

Implementing internal controls to prevent fraud

Cost Control & Profitability

Analyzing financial performance and cost structures

Identifying areas to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
