Key Result Areas (KRA)1. Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support management decisions. Analyze market trends and manufacturing costs to optimize profitability.

2. Accounting & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC filings. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.

3. Costing & MIS Reporting

Implement cost control measures in production, raw material procurement, and logistics. Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management (sales, production cost, and margin analysis). Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory cost efficiency.

4. Banking & Treasury Management

Manage relationships with banks for working capital, LC, BG, and loan documentation. Ensure proper fund management and monitor utilization of credit limits. Oversee payments, receivables, and vendor reconciliations.

5. Leadership & Team Management

Lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and adherence to timelines. Develop and train team members to maintain high standards of financial control. Collaborate with the management and production teams for financial planning and cost optimization.

6. Risk Management & Internal Control

Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and processes. Identify financial risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them. Ensure transparent and ethical financial practices across departments.

7. Strategic Decision Support

Support management in pricing, product costing, and profitability analysis. Provide financial insights for new business opportunities and expansion plans. Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to decision-making with financial perspective.
