The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes tracking cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing strategic directions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO plays a critical role in influencing and driving the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure proper internal controls are in place and regulatory compliance is met.
Oversee the accounting, finance, tax, and treasury functions.
Manage cash flow planning, optimize the company's financing structure, and ensure availability of funds.
Establish strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuations, and integration.
Lead risk management activities, including insurance, legal compliance, and corporate governance.
