Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

for its expanding

Hotel and Construction business

Working Location:

Chennai & Pondicherry

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

10-15 years

Mandatory:

Proven experience in

Hospitality and Construction industry

Notice Period:

Immediate joiner or within 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting for hotel and construction projects Oversee project costing, pricing, profitability, and financial feasibility Monitor cash flows, working capital, and effective fund utilization Ensure statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and regulatory requirements Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards Support new hotel developments, construction projects, and

CAPEX planning

Work closely with promoters, directors, and senior management on strategic decisions Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance Liaise with bankers, investors, auditors, and government authorities Manage funding, loans, and financial structuring for projects
