Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, planning, and governance. This role is open to female candidates, and CA qualification is mandatory. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting. Oversee accounting, finance, taxation, audit, treasury, and compliance. Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations. Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and consultants. Oversee inventory and stock valuation, reconciliation, and reporting. Drive cost optimization and working capital management. Support strategic decisions, investments, and expansion plans. Oversee payroll, employee taxation, and IT income tax compliance. Ensure CSR compliance and reporting. Build strong financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - Mandatory

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

10-15+ years of senior finance leadership experience

. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, audits, payroll, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems. Experience in manufacturing or ODM environments preferred. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
