About the Role
We're seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead our global finance organization and shape the company's growth trajectory. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you'll be the architect of our financial strategy -- balancing innovation, governance, and profitability.
This is a high-impact role that spans corporate finance, treasury, international operations, risk, ESG, and governance -- enabling scale while safeguarding integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Strategic Finance & Leadership
Partner with the CEO and Board to define long-term growth strategy, M&A, and capital allocation.
Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to guide investment, expansion, and profitability.
Lead integration of acquisitions and new business ventures across markets.
2 Treasury, Capital & Banking
Craft a global funding strategy for working capital, expansion, and acquisitions.
Build and manage strategic relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies.
Structure and negotiate facilities -- ABLs, revolvers, and term loans -- to optimize liquidity and cost of capital.
3 Risk & Global Finance
Design hedging and forex strategies to manage multi-currency exposure.
Implement working-capital, factoring, and supply-chain finance programs that drive resilience.
Anticipate and mitigate financial, operational, and geopolitical risks across markets.
4 Controls, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure best-in-class internal controls and financial reporting under IFRS/GAAP.
Oversee consolidation, audits, and governance with complete transparency.
Lead tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance across entities.
5 Team Leadership & Digital Transformation
Build and mentor a future-ready, tech-enabled finance organization.
Drive digitization through ERP, SAP/Oracle, and analytics for real-time decision support.
Champion cost efficiency and profitability improvement through data-driven discipline.
Educational Qualifications
CA/CFA/MBA with 15 years of progressive finance leadership.
Proven success in strategic finance, pricing and deal structuring, M&A, capital markets, and treasury management.
Strong experience in logistics, transportation, or supply-chain sectors preferred.
Expertise in structured funding, IFRS consolidation, working-capital optimization, and governance frameworks.
Interpersonal Skills
