Position Details

Experience:

Minimum 10 years (preferably in B2B / industrial sector)

Qualification:

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

Note:

The candidate should be open to working in a dynamic and growing chemical company, with the ability to adapt and contribute to its expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, budgeting, forecasting, new projects, and strategic investments

Strategic Financial Advisory

Advise senior management on financial implications of business activities, expansion plans, and investments

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses

Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and capability building

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methods, and capital structuring Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights for business leaders Knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS preferred).
