Drive financial strategy aligned with business expansion
Oversee accounting, MIS, audits, budgeting & forecasting
Manage project costing, cash flows, and profitability
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, IT, ROC, audits)
Lead banking, funding, and working capital management
Implement strong internal controls and ERP systems
Collaborate with project & procurement teams for financial efficiency
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
What We're Looking For
5+ years of finance experience (Architecture / EPC / Construction / Real Estate preferred)
Strong expertise in project-based accounting & compliance
Strategic mindset with operational depth
Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills
Qualifications
CA or ICWA - Mandatory
MBA (Finance) - Preferred
