We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

to manage the financial actions of our organization. The CFO will play a key leadership role in strategic decision-making and will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory laws, and financial policies Manage internal and external audits effectively Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team Provide timely financial analysis to support business decisions Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders Lead cost control and financial efficiency initiatives Support expansion, funding, and cost optimization efforts

Requirements:

Proven track record in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and high-value financial decisions
