- Responsible for the preparation of the company\'s financial statements.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business objectives of the company.

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Oversees month-end closing and year-end closing and coordinates and assigns duties to the accounting staff as needed.

- Responsible for long- and short-term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management Managing balance sheet and day-to-day liquidity to support the business needs

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Evaluates departmental performance and makes adjustments to daily operations when needed to ensure the department meets overall goals and objectives.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Prepares and provides financial statements, sales reports, commission reports, analysis, and other reports on a scheduled or unprompted basis.

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Ensure regulatory/compliance returns and complete Tax Function

- Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.

- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Company.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Develop relationships with outside investors, banks, and other sources of capital, while working with the executive team to ensure the financial health of the organization. This would involve raising equity and debt for the company.

- Negotiate financial contracts, agreements and transactions

- Responsible for liasioning with external auditors and advisors and preparing books of the company

- Responsible for overlooking all the direct and indirect taxation of the company and representing the company in front of concerned departments of the Government of India.

- Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor to the executive team
