Startup CFO- IPO expertise

Chief Financial Officer- for a Bangalore based mature startup

Job Responsibilities:

- Head the Finance & Accounts department of the company and manage the team

- Leading - complete - F &A Operations- Audit, Treasury,

- Drive the company\'s performance through robust - Financial - Planning & - Reporting

- Perform risk management by analysing the organization\'s liabilities and investments

- Decide on appropriate investment strategies based on cash &- liquidity risks

- Evaluate and manage the organization\'s fundraising plans (including Debt and Equity) and- capital structure

- Should be able to make the organisation IPO ready and execute the complete IPO process

- Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization\'s operations and growth

- Develop appropriate tax strategies

- Build a strong finance team with the right capabilities required for future growth

- Set up and oversee the technology roadmap for finance

Functional requirements:

- Must have a strong background in handling the financials and financial strategy - for Manufacturing/ FMCG/ NBFC/ Fintech industry

- Should have worked in a Start-up - and actively worked on Fund Raising activities (Series B, C, D etc)

- Control and evaluate the organisation\'s Fund-raising plans and capital Structure

- Should have prior experience of successfully executing IPO process

- Investor relations, Due diligence, Valuation Assessment, Tactical initiatives for finance

- Be adept in dealing with Banks and NBFCs in getting good Credit lines

- Leading - & ensuring Compliance - Legal, Secretarial & Company\'s policies

- Proven experience of having worked in a similar capacity in the earlier organizations

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and & forecasting methods

- Analytical Ability, Business Understanding, Strategic thinking

- Performing Risk assessment & management

- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash & liquidity risks.
