Chief Financial Officer
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for driving growth through strategic financial initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and governance frameworks

• Manage investor relations, including financial communications, stakeholder management, and analyst relations

• Oversee export and import finance management, including trade finance and cash management

• Lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence and integration

• Raise debt, equity, and strategic investments to support business growth

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks

• Drive growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

• Strong exposure to M&A, investor relations, export and import finance management, and fund raising

• Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to drive growth through strategic financial initiatives
