Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

strong fundraising pedigree
who can
independently raise capital
for startups and projects from
HNIs, private investors, family offices, and strategic partners
. The CFO will own
fundraising strategy, investor engagement, financial governance, and capital deployment oversight
under the Blackbull framework.
Fundraising & Capital Strategy
Lead end-to-end fundraising across equity, quasi-equity, structured debt, and project finance.
Build and manage relationships with HNIs, private investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
Design capital structures, valuation models, and term-sheet negotiations.
Prepare investment teasers, IMs, pitch decks, and financial models aligned with investor expectations.
Drive closing, documentation coordination, and post-funding compliance with legal teams.
Financial Leadership & Governance
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
