Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and governance of the organization, ensuring financial stability, transparency, and compliance. The role requires an accomplished leader with

hands-on experience in IPO planning and execution

, investor relations, and regulatory compliance with SEBI and related authorities.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Financial Leadership

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and shareholder value creation. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed. Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term business and financial planning.

IPO Preparation & Execution

Lead the

entire IPO process

, including financial restructuring, due diligence, and coordination with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors. Ensure compliance with

SEBI, ROC, and Stock Exchange

regulations. Prepare

DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus)

and manage communication with regulatory bodies. Oversee valuation, capital structuring, and investor presentations. Build investor relations and communicate the company's financial story to potential investors and analysts.

Financial Operations & Controls

Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and internal audit functions. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/Ind AS. Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies. Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure statutory compliance.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Provide transparent financial reporting to stakeholders and the board. Lead communication strategy during and after IPO.

Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence. Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications:

CA / CPA / MBA (Finance)

from a reputed institution. Minimum

15 years of progressive finance leadership experience

Mandatory experience leading IPO / listing of a company on NSE/BSE.

Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, corporate finance, and capital markets. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
