Investment & Capital Management: Manage investments, capital structure, and fundraising efforts, including evaluating opportunities for mergers and acquisitions. Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Executive Team Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and board, advising on financial matters and contributing to corporate decision-making. Team Leadership: Supervise finance personnel, such as controllers and financial advisors, to ensure the finance department functions effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is required, often with advanced degrees like an MBA being beneficial.

Professional Experience:

Leadership & Communication:
