Job Responsibilities

Lead the

IPO readiness and execution

process, coordinating with Merchant Bankers, SEBI, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and ROC. Prepare and review

DRHP/RHP

, restated financials, and ensure compliance with SEBI LODR. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy. Ensure accurate financial statements as per

Ind AS

and oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance systems. Handle treasury, working capital, banking limits, and cash-flow management. Build and lead Finance, Accounts, Compliance, and MIS teams. Present financial MIS, KPIs, and performance reports to CEO/Board. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and all statutory regulations.

Required Experience

12-20 years overall finance experience. Minimum 5-7 years in a senior finance leadership role (Head of Finance/GM Finance/CFO). Experience in

IPO/Capital Markets

is highly preferred. Strong exposure to Ind AS reporting, audits, budgeting, MIS, and banking.
