Job Description


Financial Strategy:




Develop and implement comprehensive Bank's financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.


Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.


Manage capital structure, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance and stability.


Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting processes, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management and the board.


Manage capital structure, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance and stability.


Supervise financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.


Develop internal controls and risk mitigation strategies to ensure robust financial governance.


Lead treasury operations, asset-liability management (ALM), and capital adequacy planning.


Liaise with stakeholders including regulators, investors, rating agencies, and financial institutions.


Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health and performance.


Manage and mentor finance, accounting, and compliance teams, building organizational capability.


Financial Operations:




Manage the company's accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.


Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.


Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.


Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.


Risk Management:




Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.


Implement robust internal controls and risk management procedures.


Develop insurance strategies to protect the company's assets.


Investor Relations:




Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.


Prepare investor presentations and reports.


Raise capital through debt and equity financing.


Team Leadership:




Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.


Recruit, hire, and develop talented finance team members.


Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:




Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance required.


Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.


In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and financial instruments.


Proven experience with financial risk management, capital markets, and regulatory reporting.


Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.


Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation techniques.

Preferred Attributes:




Strategic thinker with the ability to align finance with overall business vision. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred).


Experience working with core banking systems and financial reporting tools.


Proficiency in financial software and systems.


Ability to thrive in a dynamic, regulatory-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
