Budgeting & Forecasting
Risk Management & Compliance
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Exposure on Pre IPO and Post IPO process.
Educational Background:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification (Essential).
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (Preferred).
15 years of senior financial leadership experience (ideally including CFO or VP Finance role).
Proven experience in strategic financial planning and corporate finance.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Manufacturing.
Prior involvement in IPO or high-growth scaling environments.
