Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Updates)



Strategic Financial Leadership & Planning



o

Growth Strategy & Scalability:

Develop and execute a financial strategy that not only aligns with but also proactively plans for and

financially sustains aggressive expansion and rapid growth

across all service lines (hospitals, ALs, clinics, and home care).

o

FP&A for Growth:

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, specifically focusing on

modelling the financial implications of exponential growth

and ensuring resource allocation supports strategic priorities and capacity expansion.

o

Capital Allocation for Expansion:

Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure appropriate financing to fund capital needs associated with

rapid facility expansion, technology upgrades, and new service line launches.



Financial Operations, Reporting, and Compliance



o

Scalable Infrastructure:

Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.) that can

efficiently scale with the organization's rapid increase in volume and complexity.



o

Cost Management & Efficiency:

Implement robust cost control measures and efficiency initiatives while simultaneously ensuring these strategies

do not impede the speed or quality required to support rapid organizational growth.



o

Treasury, Capital, and Risk Management



o

Investor Relations & Confidence:

Ensure investor confidence by maintaining the organization's financial stability during periods of

aggressive expansion

and providing clear, proactive financial communications regarding growth performance and projections.

Skills & Competencies (Updates)



Skills & Competencies



o

Growth Finance Expertise:

Proven experience in managing the finance function for a company undergoing

significant and rapid growth (e.g., doubling in size)

, including capital raising, cash flow optimization during scaling, and system implementation.

o Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and operational analysis, with a specific focus on

forecasting for high-growth scenarios.



o Ability to balance the necessity of robust internal controls and compliance with the speed and agility required in a

rapidly expanding organization.



Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
