Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations, drive financial planning, and ensure sustainable growth. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in business strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance metrics.
Manage investor relations, funding, and capital allocation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board for business growth.
Implement robust financial controls, risk management, and reporting systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Experience in digital marketing, tech, or service industries is a plus.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
MBA/CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
