Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Risk management:
Identify and manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Team leadership:
Build and manage the finance and accounting teams, including controllers, analysts, and bookkeepers.
Strategic guidance:
Work with the CEO and other executives to align financial strategy with business goals, and provide financial insights for decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
Data analysis:
Analyze financial strengths and weaknesses, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Stakeholder relations:
Manage relationships with key vendors and investors, and serve as the primary financial spokesperson for the organization.
Technology and innovation:
Oversee the technology used by the finance team and champion digital transformation and data analytics to improve decision-making.
Qualifications:
A strong background in finance, economics, or accounting is essential, often with professional certifications like CPA. Experience in roles like accounting, banking.

:- Minimum at least 10 years of experience in finance, often with 5 or more years in a senior leadership role like Director of Finance or VP of Finance
