Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for
Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance
Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization
Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handling statutory audits, internal audits, and liaison with auditors
Ensure compliance with
GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory laws
Monitor capex, plant investments, and ROI
Support management with financial insights, MIS, and strategic decision-making
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial discipline across units
Banking relationships, fund management, and credit facilities
Key Skills & Expertise
Strong exposure to
manufacturing finance
Deep knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit
Financial strategy, risk management, and governance
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Qualification & Experience
CA (Mandatory) / MBA Finance preferred
15-20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Minimum 7-10 years in a
senior leadership role
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
