Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of the healthcare finance landscape--particularly within the U.S. system.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and healthcare financial laws. Oversee accounting operations, audits, internal controls, and financial risk management. Drive the company's financial strategy in alignment with its long-term goals. Manage cash flow, optimize operating costs, and identify areas for financial improvement. Collaborate closely with the executive team and department heads to support strategic decision-making. Oversee revenue cycle management, billing, and payer compliance in the healthcare environment. Lead financial reporting for stakeholders and support future investment planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum

12 years

of progressive financial leadership experience. Must have prior experience working in the

healthcare industry

, preferably mental or behavioral health. Experience working

US business hours

(night shift IST). Strong understanding of

U.S. financial and tax regulations

. Proven ability to manage remote teams and utilize modern financial software tools. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills. CPA, MBA, or similar advanced financial certification preferred.

Pay: ?130,000.00 - ?160,000.00 per month
