The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving business growth, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing the overall financial health of the organization. The CFO will play a critical role in business expansion, capital structuring, investor relations, and cost optimization specific to the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Planning
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans in the real estate sector.
Provide financial insights and projections to support decision-making for new projects, acquisitions, and investments.
Lead long-term budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Financial Management & Control
Oversee financial operations including accounting, treasury, taxation, and internal audit.
Ensure proper cost controls, fund flow management, and optimum utilization of financial resources.
Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Project Finance & Fundraising
Structure project financing for large-scale real estate developments.
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity investors, and other financial institutions.
Optimize capital structure and evaluate funding options (debt/equity/joint ventures).
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with statutory laws, RERA, GST, direct/indirect taxes, and other regulatory frameworks.
Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government bodies.
Establish transparent financial reporting and governance practices.
Business Partnering & Leadership
Act as a strategic partner to the MD/CEO and Board of Directors in key business decisions.
Collaborate with project, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure profitability and efficiency across projects.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounts team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project financing, taxation, and compliance.
Expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and capital market operations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making ability.
Qualification & Experience:
Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA /M.Com from a reputed institute.
Minimum
20 years of experience
, with at least
7-10 years in a senior finance leadership role
within the
real estate industry

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, fund-raising, and financial strategy.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
