Key responsibilities

Financial Management:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Manage cash flow and ensure financial transactions align with business objectives.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including long-term planning, risk management, and investment strategies.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and communicate financial statements (including monthly and annual reports) to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports.

Compliance and Oversight:

Ensure the company complies with all financial laws, regulations, and accounting principles. Manage tax planning and compliance.

Analysis and Guidance:

Analyze financial strengths and weaknesses, and provide financial guidance to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.

Leadership:

Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, including controllers, accountants, and analysts. Collaborate with other senior executives (C-suite) to align financial goals with the overall business strategy.

Funding and Investor Relations:

Manage investor relations and secure new funding, including debt and equity financing.

Strategic Initiatives:

Advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
