Lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial management and long-term business sustainability.
Oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Ensure RERA compliance and oversee financial reporting for real estate projects.
Manage investor relations, financial risk, and internal control systems.
Drive profitability and optimize capital allocation across projects.
Collaborate with leadership for business strategy, growth planning, and fund-raising initiatives.
Liaise with banks, auditors, legal, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
Key Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory; additional MBA in Finance preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
, preferably in
real estate
.
Strong understanding of financial governance, RERA, and corporate finance.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally with senior management.
