Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Manage accounting operations, including ledgers, financial statements, and audits.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.
Oversee payroll, expense management, and internal financial controls.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Support business expansion, investments, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Professional qualification such as
CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA
preferred.
Minimum
8-12 years of experience
in finance, with at least
3-5 years in a senior leadership role
.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and strategic thinking ability.
