Job Description

Formulate and implement the organisation's overall financial strategy. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans. Supervise all financial operations, accounting, and reporting functions. Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and organisational policies. Oversee cash flow management, investments, and funding activities. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions. Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements. Analyse financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Identify financial risks and develop effective control measures. Oversee taxation, audit, and statutory compliance processes. Approve and monitor all payments, expenditures, and capital allocations. Lead the finance and accounts teams and evaluate their performance. Provide leadership in developing financial systems, policies, and procedures. Present financial performance reports to top management and the board. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit compliance. Ensure timely filing of tax returns and payment of statutory dues. Evaluate new business proposals, budgets, and financial feasibility reports. Maintain transparency, accountability, and integrity in all financial dealings. Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee-related financial processes. Develop and implement cost control and financial efficiency measures. Monitor financial performance indicators and suggest corrective actions. Represent the organization in financial negotiations and meetings. Ensure effective treasury and fund management operations. Protect company assets through strong internal financial controls. Support CEO and Board in strategic planning and decision-making. Review and approve major contracts and procurement from a financial perspective. Stay updated with new financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Oversee ERP, digital accounting systems, and financial automation tools. Foster a culture of financial discipline, compliance, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

?CA qualified professional

?Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
