We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Group's financial operations and guide strategic business decisions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, fundraising, investor relations, banking, regulatory compliance, and financial planning activities. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in real estate finance, who can drive financial discipline and deliver insights for business growth.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions aligned with the company's long-term goals.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the group.
Financial Management & Compliance
Manage the Accounts & Finance department to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to statutory and legal compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other regulatory mandates.
Review and consolidate monthly and annual financial statements and budgets.
Project Finance & Real Estate Accounting
Handle end-to-end project accounting, including cost analysis and activity-wise project reporting.
Prepare projected balance sheets and financial statements for project financing.
Oversee and manage project-specific budgets and cost controls.
Cash Flow & Fund Management
Monitor and manage cash flows, working capital, and liquidity requirements across all group entities.
Ensure effective fund allocation, investment decisions, and cost management to optimize profitability.
Banking & Investor Relations
Lead negotiations and relationship management with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
Oversee fund-raising initiatives, including project funding, working capital loans, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and manage investor reporting and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within the
real estate or infrastructure sectors
