Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic CFO to lead our finance function and partner closely with founders to scale our ecommerce startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals Partner with founders on strategic planning, fundraising, and investor relations Manage cash flow, financial modeling, and unit economics optimization Establish financial controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems Drive KPI tracking and provide actionable insights for business decisions Support fundraising efforts and maintain investor communications

Requirements:

7+ years finance experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles Proven track record in ecommerce, DTC, or high-growth startups Strong grasp of marketplace/ecommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, etc.) Experience scaling finance operations and building teams Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financials for non-finance stakeholders Hands-on, collaborative approach with founder-level strategic thinking CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
