What You'll Do

As CFO, you will:

Partner with the CEO and Board to define and drive the company's financial vision. Provide strategic leadership on capital allocation, risk management, and growth initiatives. Oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance with precision. Strengthen banking, investor, and stakeholder relationships. Ensure operational efficiency through robust financial controls and cost management. Build, mentor, and inspire a future-ready finance team.

What We're Looking For

Finance leader with

15+ years of experience

(with a strong preference for stainless steel / metals / manufacturing industries). Chartered Accountant (CA) Pref. and/ or MBA Finance, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. A strategic thinker with deep expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and global financial practices. Strong communicator and team builder with the ability to influence at the highest levels. Open to relocation / movement as per business requirements.
