Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization. The CFO ensures financial integrity, drives long-term growth, manages risk, and provides strategic financial guidance to the executive team and Board.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making Partner with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives, investments, and M&A Present financial performance and forecasts to the Board of Directors
Financial Management & Planning

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) Analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Accounting, Compliance & Controls

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management processes Maintain strong financial governance and policies Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulators
Treasury & Capital Management

Manage capital structure, debt, equity, and fundraising activities Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements Optimize cash management and liquidity planning
Team Leadership

Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and treasury teams Build scalable financial systems and processes Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field MBA, CPA, CA, or CFA preferred
Experience

10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director) Experience with strategic planning, financial modeling, and business partnering Industry experience is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
