Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, taxation and regulatory filings Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans Present financial insights to top management for decision-making Implement and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes Manage banking operations, investor relations (if required), and external stakeholders Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team Support business expansion and cost-optimisation initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting;

CA / CMA / CPA / CFA

highly preferred

10+ years

of experience in senior financial roles Strong expertise in:
? Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
? Budgeting & Forecasting
? Corporate Finance & Cash Flow Management
? Compliance, GST, TDS, and Audit
? Financial Modelling & MIS Reporting

Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software & Excel Excellent communication, leadership and ethical decision-making

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in

e-commerce / retail / service industry

Experience in

fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or investor relations

Ability to build scalable financial systems

Pay: ?41,625.28 - ?147,819.78 per month
