Job Summary:



The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the real estate business, ensuring robust financial management, profitability, and compliance. This role demands strong expertise in real estate project financing, fund management, investor relations, and financial control for residential, commercial, and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for all real estate projects. Provide strategic recommendations to the Board and CEO based on financial analysis and projections.

2. Project Finance & Investment Management



Manage project funding requirements through equity, debt, and structured finance. Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity investors, and financial institutions. Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and financial viability of new projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Oversee project-wise cost control, cash flow, and fund allocation.

3. Financial Reporting & Control



Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. Develop and maintain internal control systems for project accounting and expense management. Monitor compliance with RERA, GST, income tax, and other statutory regulations. Supervise audits (internal, statutory, and tax) and ensure adherence to regulatory norms.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management



Monitor daily cash flow and ensure efficient fund utilization. Manage working capital and project financing to support smooth execution of real estate projects. Optimize capital structure and minimize financial risks.

5. Risk Management & Compliance



Identify financial risks related to project delays, cost overruns, and market fluctuations. Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure financial transparency. Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and corporate governance standards.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management



Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team. Collaborate with project, sales, and legal teams to align financial goals with operational performance. Represent the company in investor meetings and financial negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience:



Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA; MBA (Finance) preferred. 12-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least

5+ years in the real estate or construction sector

. Proven experience in

project financing, fund management, and investor relations

. Strong knowledge of

RERA, GST, TDS, income tax, and real estate accounting principles

. Experience in handling multiple large-scale projects and financial consolidation across business units.
