We are an ISO certified Consulting Engineers located in Mumbai and catering to major MNC and EPC in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical and Heavy Industries by providing Design and Engineering Services in India and Overseas.

POSITION - CFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
- Develop and monitor internal financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, inventory accounting, and fixed assets.
- Conduct variance analysis of budgets vs. actuals; provide insights and corrective actions.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Review cost sheets, BOMs, and production efficiency reports to ensure accurate costing and margin analysis.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives for better financial discipline and reporting.
- Manage a team of accountants and ensure timely closure of books.

Key Requirements:

Qualification

: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

Experience: 8 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts.

Preferred Background:

Must have worked with large audit firms (Big 4 or reputed mid-tier firms) handling manufacturing clients.

Strong knowledge

of IND-AS / IFRS, costing principles, and taxation.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
