Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join our executive leadership team . The ideal candidate is a

CA-certified professional

with at least

1 year of experience in a CFO role

and a solid track record in financial leadership. This is a key role responsible for driving the financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's continued growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals Monitor and manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment planning Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO and board Partner with business units to support operational performance and profitability Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management practices Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team Support strategic initiatives including expansion, cost optimization, and potential fundraising

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification

is mandatory Minimum

1 year of experience as a CFO

or equivalent senior finance leadership role 8+ years of total progressive finance and accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance, and tax regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Experience with financial software and ERP systems
