Technicalities:
Required a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Controller to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial
reporting, budgeting, and management, with extensive experience in handling financial operations within a manufacturing or Agri-engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
o Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
o Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
o Manage statutory audits, income tax audits, and internal audits.2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
o Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
o Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets.3. Accounting and Financial Operations:
o Manage all aspects of accounting including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
o Ensure timely and accurate closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
o Oversee inter-branch transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.4. Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:
o Perform continuous cash forecasting and manage liquidity.
o Oversee fund-based and non-fund-based banking facilities.
o Manage foreign exchange transactions and monitor market conditions.5. Strategic Financial Management:
o Provide financial analysis and guidance on strategic decisions.
o Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of new business projects.
o Implement process improvements and system-based controls to enhance efficiency.6. Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
o Ensure continuous professional development of the team members.Qualifications:a. Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background.
b. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
c. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
d. Proven experience in a manufacturing or Agri-engineering industry is highly desirable.
e. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
f. Proficiency in Tally ERP and financial reporting tools.
g. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
