Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Working with the CEO and other executives to set financial goals, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic decisions regarding investments and funding. Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks, and ensuring the organization's financial stability. Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team. Stakeholder Relations: Maintaining strong relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders, and presenting financial information to the board of directors.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required. Certifications: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is often preferred. Experience: Extensive experience in accounting and senior financial management is essential. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are crucial for analyzing data and making sound financial decisions.
