to lead the financial operations of our logistics company. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall financial planning, budgeting & forecasting.
Manage accounting, taxation (TDS, GST) and statutory audits.
Monitor cash flow, working capital & fund utilization.
Control operational costs - fuel, maintenance, manpower & logistics expenses.
Coordinate with banks, auditors & management for financial decisions.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting & MIS.
Implement strong internal controls and compliance systems.
Lead finance team and streamline accounting processes (Tally/ERP).
Requirements:
Chartered accountant (CA)
10-15 years of post Qualification experience in finance & Accounts, preferably in logistics / transport sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation & financial management.
Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills
