Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced

Chief Finance Manager

to lead and manage the complete finance function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, compliance, team leadership, and ensuring robust financial controls across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the

entire finance and accounts department

of the company Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure operational efficiency Handle

finalization of accounts

, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with

statutory, regulatory, and taxation requirements

Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization effectively Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and statutory authorities Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and MIS systems Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Experience

CA Inter

or

M.Com (Finance/Accounting)

Minimum

5+ years of relevant experience

in a

team-handling or managerial finance role

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance Proven leadership and people-management skills
Key Skills & Competencies

End-to-end finance management expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
