Job Description

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER:



Leading company both Technical and administrative

Tender / enquiry review.

Controlling enquiry list, Proposal / offer submission in time, technical support to team members, Client discussions

Executing the orders by using in house and external sources in time and quality.

Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the partners

Closely work with high-level officers to grow the company & other associated companies, strengthen Dehu Engineering and ensure its sustainability

Represent the company as required, including attendance of important client meetings, industry events and public meetings

Work closely with the Accounts manager to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the partners with regard to investment risk and return

Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement

Review of Prebid Comments and Clarifications

Client queries review and reply

Review of Thermal Calculations including thermal design of Fixed grate, reciprocating grate, TG, AFBC, CFBC boilers.

Review of Retrofit design calculations for boilers

Review of Pressure Part Sizing done by design team

Review of Pipe Sizing, Duct Sizing, Auxiliary Sizing, Knowledge of ASME and IBR

Ensuring Timely preparation of technical proposal and datasheets

Review of of GA drawings, layout and P IDs

Review of BOM and weight cost estimation

Review of bought out item's technical specifications

Site visits for data collection, Client and vendor interactions whenever required.

Cost optimization

Upholding technical support for client

Min. requirements:



Experience required: min. 8 - 10 years in Boiler Design and Engineering field. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering. 7-10 years of experience in heading Boiler Design and Engineering department Advanced skills in MS Office software Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
