Job Description

- Lead the organization and structure it according to the investor\'s goals and visions.

- Provide direction and technical lead on the strategies specifically for carbon credit generation from the Nature-based Solutions.

- Supervise the Operations, Business Development, HR and Finance teams to meet the objectives. Build the organization into a leading carbon consultant for NBS projects in India.

- Implement the JV Agreement between the promoters and put in place effective policies as agreed between the promoters.

- Deliver on the business plan for the JV.

- Ensure quality in delivering services to the investors and business leads and opportunities in a time-bound manner.

- Keep the organization and the investors updated on new emerging areas in Nature-based Solutions and accordingly develop feasible strategies to tap those.

- Strong sense of understanding the investors\' requirements and provide tailor-made solutions.

- Capable to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and able to communicate people from multidisciplinary backgrounds.

- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Take a lead role in delivering NbS projects in the Indian Subcontinent, through providing vision and guidance in developing a well-defined strategic focus as per the short-, medium- and long-term objectives of projects.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable passion for Nature & Environment with relevant knowledge and experience on/around Nature-based Solutions sector

- At least 13-15 years of experience in technical as well as managerial level roles with special focus on Nature-based solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in creating and leading the teams with multiple technical expertise.

- Excellent communication skills with good command of English.

- Proven expertise on business development skills.
