ROLE SUMMARY

Group CEO will lead and manage all brands operating under

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PVT LTD

including Digital Services, Cinema School, Media Platforms and upcoming ventures. The CEO will be responsible for

business growth, operations, revenue, team leadership and strategic expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

Develop long-term vision & business strategy Implement company goals and growth plans Identify new business opportunities & markets

Brand expansion planningBusiness Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments

Monitor performance of all brand heads

Improve efficiency & productivity

Ensure company SOPs are followed

Revenue & Growth

Increase company revenue & profitability Build partnerships & corporate tie-ups Approve pricing strategies & contracts Explore investors & funding opportunities
Team Management

Lead department heads (HR, Marketing, IT, Finance) Conduct performance reviews Build strong leadership culture Approve senior-level hiring
Financial Oversight

Work closely with CFO on: Budget planning Expense control Profit tracking Approve major financial decisions
Compliance & Governance

Ensure legal & statutory compliance Oversee agreements & policies Maintain corporate governance standards
External Representation

Represent company in: Media Investor meetings Industry events Government & corporate meetings
