- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance brand image across outlets, collaborating with the marketing team for effective strategies.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring the company\'s financial health.

- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with franchisees, investors, and industry stakeholders.

- Franchise Recruitment and Development: Lead efforts to attract new partners, ensuring alignment with company values.

Qualifications:

- Proven CEO or senior executive experience in the QSR industry.

- Success in developing and leading franchise programs.

- Strong financial acumen and communication skills.

- Bachelor\'s degree in business, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
