The NGO deals in Planting trees

- Lead the P&L for the company with ongoing projects in the organization in India and abroad achieving the yearly target of the company in terms of trees and revenue.

- Procure global and domestic corporate and individual customers through the organization\'s different revenue models including retail sales and corporate sales.

- Explore funding opportunities, diversification and strategic partnerships including alliance partnerships, affiliate marketing.

- Increase revenues and reduce costs to ensure the highest level of profitability for the organization for scaling up operations.

- Expand the corporate network and NGO network by participating in various events and conferences, maintain healthy relationships with government officials.

- Undertake field visits as and when required to accompany project funders, to screen planting partners, to develop new thematic planting projects, to get hands-on experience of the ground work, to inspect the work of planting partners.

- Assure the accuracy and integrity of the organization through accurate information, reporting and disclosure requirements, and management information systems.

- Coordinate and manage the PR team of the company, including strategic planning for every month, suggesting ideas for articles.

- Lead, motivate, and develop domain expert staff so that they are passionate about the organization\'s vision and are committed to working effectively towards continual improvement, achieving the yearly target in terms of the number of trees.
