The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction to the company's warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and profitability. The ideal candidate will oversee all business functions -- operations, finance, sales, HR, compliance, and customer service -- to position the organization as a leading and trusted logistics partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership
Define and implement the company's long-term business strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
Drive business expansion through new warehousing facilities, automation, and value-added services.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen market position.
Represent the company to stakeholders, clients, investors, and government authorities.
2. Operational Excellence
Oversee all warehouse operations, distribution centers, and logistics functions to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective services.
Implement process improvements, technology upgrades, and automation initiatives for efficiency.
Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for operations, service quality, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
3. Financial & Business Management
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure profitability and cost optimization.
Review and analyze financial performance; implement corrective measures where necessary.
Approve major capital expenditures and investments in infrastructure and technology.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and motivate a strong leadership team to deliver business results.
Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and collaborative organizational culture.
Promote talent development and succession planning.
5. Client & Stakeholder Relations
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Ensure customer satisfaction through operational reliability and service innovation.
Represent the company at industry forums, trade associations, and public events.
6. Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to all legal, statutory, and corporate governance requirements.
Maintain transparency and accountability in all business operations.
Oversee risk management, audit, and internal control processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum
15+ years
of experience, with at least
5 years in a senior leadership role
within the
warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
industry.
Proven track record in scaling warehousing operations, implementing automation, and driving profitability.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
